Went to see my son's Allergy Dr for the second time at this office. My Dr was great and so was Z the receptionist. Were I ran into unprofessionalism is the girl Candace K who is a unfortunately a callus person and her apparent only leader on call which was Megan Powers. My first visit was in April We're My son had severe allergies and he's two so we still haven't nailed down whats happening. I expressed that I travel for work and would need an excuse and was told I'd be sent one via my chart and Candace never sent it. I ended up calling back and obtaining the doctors note from another representative. My second appointment was yesterday and left the appointment and called and requested a doctor's note again explaining that I travel for work and with the 8-12 tasks a day I need to do to help my son take all the medicines, ointments, eyes drops inhalers etc for a two year old mind you and it's written in my aftertaste summary both times would be nearly impossible to find someone to do and daycare won't. Obviously this puts me in a position now We're I can't travel to my tradeshow for work and need to alert my job. Candace told me she uploaded my note to my chart yesterday and that she

So very satisfied with my experience here. Only came here for a few appointments after switching from Summa but I was very pleased! I had Dr Emily Steele (OB/Gyn), highly recommend! So sweet, personable and does what she says she will do, in a very timely matter at that. I’m done having kids but if I had another, I’ll be back lol

I just called to set up a pre- surgery required Co-Vid test. And while their hold music will drive you up a wall, we had the best experience talking with Ginger who not only set up everything for us, she walked us thru where to go and what to expect when we arrived. She provided us with a stress-free oasis for the upcoming storm.

The women in the women’s health department are the sweetest! I was scared to come in without insurance and they helped me every step of the way and never made me feel bad about not having it. They also figured out where my pain was. The pharmacist was also so sweet. He explained my prescriptions. Don’t be scared to come to a free clinic. They helped and made me feel like i mattered.

You wait and wait and wait and wait for your appt. I would always show up 15 minutes before my appt and I would wait 1 to 2 hours. Even on days when my appt wold be when the clinic would first open. And when you would ask the receptionist how long it would be, they would get nasty with you. They treated everyone like trash because most of those women were on Medicaid.
